Until When..?

90% of us upload or share status, posts regarding rape cases, harassment, sexual abuse and many more whenever one takes place and also we quote or mention with a hashtag saying #saynotorape, #saynotoharassment, #stopsexualabuse and many more... But have we ever tried to take any small step to stop it or anything like that? Now you people must be thinking what small steps we can take right?.
Have we ever slapped the person if found committing this heinous crime for abusing or harassing anyone, be it somebody very dear to us or even a known face?
Have we ever taught our friends/elders/family members not to indulge in such kind of activities if something doesn't seem right? ( Believe me, it happens behind closed doors of our neighborhood too)
Have we ever tried to ask public transportation authorities to install CCTV camera in public vehicles? Are the victims allowed to express their grief freely? They can't because the society will directly or indirectly blame the victim at last.
Everyone says education is a must, but there are cases where the teachers are the main criminal behind those activities. ( No offense but there are some).
And we see in the news that the person is arrested for doing this, for doing that but do we know or ever tried to know that the person is punished or not? What happens once the boiling blood comes down?
Every such case is highlighted like nothing else is important for a period of time but then it vanishes.
I am not blaming anyone of you but I am blaming everyone of us including myself for not taking any such steps.
Let's make a change.
Let's raise our voices.
Let victims be free to express their pain.
Let's change the way we see things.
If something wrong is happening speak up... Our silence today will harm many of us in future.

Life: A loop of changing time.

We often hear, Life is uncertain,future is unpredictable.  Life is really an amazing surprise which can give you a lot of happiness as well as sadness both at the  time. We never know how time changes. If today time is in your favour, tomorrow or the some other day it may seem to be against you. That's also the reason why many great personalities  have quoted that time in not in ones favour forever. I have experienced many live examples where time has changed so frequently that the life of a particular person totally changed in comparison to his/her past. These changes are sometimes good as well as bad for a person. These changes bring both happiness and sadness for that particular person.  I would like to take an example of a case where the life of a newly married girl  totally changed. The case which I am discussing here is based on how time changes in a positive and in a negative way. Positive way means how happy she is because of changed time and negative way means how unhappy she is because of changed time. She feels happy because she will be spending her entire life with the person she has always loved or has  life with, and  feels unhappy because she  left her home and her parents with whom she had spend her life till date. Also she had to change the living standards as well as she had to adjust in the new family with new rules, cultures, religion and many more. 

In conclusion of the above mentioned case, we can see how the life of a newly married girl changes in a moment. I don't mean to say that one shouldn't marry or one shouldn't go with their loved ones but I mean to say that the family where she is going to spend her entire new life should help her in adjusting new things, should support her for the things she doesn't know instead of blaming her or harassing her for the things that she doesn't know or she is not perfect in.


Another case that I am discussing here is about  relationships. In relationships also you can see how time changes in positive and in a negative way. Positive way reflects how a person is happy being in a relationship were they find someone with whom they can share their feelings, happiness, problems and so on. And similarly the negative way reflects that how being in a relationship impact in someone's personal life. When you are in a relationship, you have to divide your time accordingly so that you can spend quality time with your partner. The main problem with the person in relationship is when they  doubt their partners and when they have trust issues.I have seen many people who come to me and discuss about their relationship problems and  complain about nothing being right, "I have to spend my most of the time with them, I have to clear that he/she is just my friend, "it is really hard to always explain each and everything to our partners in case a doubt arises about the things we do or about late replies and the complains continue..

As we are very much aware about the fact that everything has good impact as well as bad impact. So is the case with the relationships.  Relationships also have both positive as well as negative impact but I don't mean that one shouldn't be in a relationship. If someone is or wants to be in a relationship, they must have trust on their partners and shouldn't doubt their partners activity and also they should let their partners be free from all kind of restrictions, because if in case there is trust issue or any kind of doubt in a relationship, it won't be long lasting.


As per the above two cases, time brings positive as well as negative impact on everyone's life. It depends on us how we deal with the situations and how well we understand it. And we should never regret for any thing that goes wrong  because the time will travel from bad to good in short span of time.

Justice for Nirmala

So it's been more than 150days that an incident took place in a small city of Nepal, Mahendra Nagar. An incident that took a life of an innocent girl who even doesn't have an idea what really happened to her. She was raped and murdered. Even after more than 150 days, she hasn't got justice.
This incident has captured the eye of each and every citizen of the country, but don't know why the government is not able to give justice to a 14-year girl, to her family, and to whole Nepalese citizen. Many innocent lives are sacrificed for a single justice. Each and every possible way had been tired by the family and the citizens to get justice, but-but our country which was known for peace-loving nation is unable to provide justice for Nirmala. Our government has failed to provide justice even after a 151st day.
This shows our government is not capable of providing justice for a 14-year girl but also talks about participating in UN peace operations. How can a government who is unable to maintain peace and provide justice within the country could participate in such huge operations strange.....
Every citizen is waiting just a justice from government. For saving a few criminals, You are hurting the sentiments of 29,777,062 innocent citizens. You are elected for the welfare of the citizens and the nation. Do your duty. If someone(i.e. a citizen or a VIPs) has done something wrong, they should be punished...

For the first time in history, Nepal has adopted a constitution which is supposed to be representative of the Nepali people, but we don't think it is really a representative of Nepali citizens...!!
We need justice..
   Justice for Nirmala...
       We need justice...!!

Attachment and Detachment in Life



Though there are only four letters in “LIFE” but it in itself has a huge meaning. A life is a duration from the day we came into this world and till the date, we leave this world or we also can say the existence of an individual human being or animal.  We come to know about a lot of things in this duration. We experience many things, which help us to learn more about people's thinking, their living style or their life.
In this manner, there is a lot of attachment and detachment in our daily life. So what are the attachment and detachment in life that we should go for or follow? It is very important for us to identify them and to apply in our daily life.

An attachment means when we are attached to a particular thing that makes us happy or satisfy us but in the long-term leads to anger, sadness and so on( in most of the cases), whereas a detachment means when we are separated from a particular thing that is bad for us and help us to gain long-term happiness( not applied for all and in all cases).
Attachment and detachment differ from person to person or we can also say that it differs from mentality to mentality. For someone attaching towards something bad can be good for them, whereas for someone detaching from something good can be bad because everyone is having a different perspective towards viewing a particular situation. 

We are attached not only to people but to almost everything. Anger, jealousy, sadness, greed, selfishness, and arrogance are the results of attachment. We become angry because we are so attached to being right and being perfect. And that's where we get wrong. We don't understand that we can be wrong and others can be right. And that's the main cause of detachments whereas when someone calls us right when someone understands our insecurities we get attached to that person, and here life goes. 

See as I had mentioned in the above para, attaching towards a particular thing can make us happy or satisfy us but in the long-term leads to many difficulties, this is something similar to the law of marginal utility .i.e. "when we consume more and more unit of the same product, the marginal utility goes on diminishing. In most of the cases, the attachment is similar to the law of marginal utility, i.e. when we are attached to something, the satisfaction level is on top for some duration but when time passes, the satisfaction level goes on decreasing and which may lead to the separation from that particular thing. So we can also say that attachment and detachment are interrelated, where there is an attachment, there will be a detachment in near future.

Some of the exceptions of attachment and detachment are:-

  1.  Family
  2.  Positive thinking
  3. Social awareness
  4. Self-less sacrifices in service of others
  5. Books.

So the above-mentioned things are the exceptions of attachment because when we are attached to the family, positive thinking, social awareness, self-less sacrifices in service of others and books and so on, we will surely be happy and satisfied one day in future.
And similarly, when we are detached from the above-mentioned things, they won't lead to long-term happiness and satisfaction, so we should attach these things in our life for gaining happiness and success.

But when we are attached to drugs, negative energy or negative thinking, mobile/electronic devices and so on, they will provide us the pleasure for a short duration but will lead to many difficulties in the near future, so these things should be detached from life.

So finally I would like to conclude this blog here only by saying that life is all about ups and downs, uncertainties, good days, bad days, but we should be aware of what things we should attach and what are the things that we should detach from our life to make a successful and happy life.

Physical Abuse

The most trending crime in today's time "Physical Abuse". It is any intentional act causing injury or trauma to another person or animal by way of bodily contact. The process of forcefully harming the other person is physical abuse. In most cases children are the victims of physical abuse but adults can also be victims as in cases of domestic violence or workplace aggression.

Physical abuse can involve any of the following violent acts:-
1. Scratching or biting
2. Pushing or shoving
3. Slapping
4. Kicking
5. Throwing things
6. Force feeding or denying you food
7. Using weapons or objects that could hurt you
8. Physically restraining you
9. Other acts that hurt or threaten you.

Abuser will often blame someone else, as victim for saying or doing something that caused their violent behaviour or might say their behaviour was a result of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or feeling stressed or frustrated.

Physical abuse may bring immediate harm to someone, but it's effect can also be long lasting. A person who has experienced physical abuse, especially in childhood, may be more likely to experience emotional and psychological difficulties later in life. The support of a therapist or other mental health professionals can often help an individual to recover from those effects. And the victims should be able to express his/her pain to respective parents or closest person to them so that we can help them and the family and others should believe them and support them.

Children are often more likely to experience abuse at the hands of a parent, caretaker, or sibling, while an adult might be physically abused by a spouse, partner, or significant other. But in many countries and many other places some of the violent are considered valid i.e they are not a part of physical abuse. But also the abuses like using weapons and objects that could hurt you, physically restraining you, other act that hurt or threaten you, bodily contact with someone forcefully is still a CRIME and we can raise voice for these crimes.

Things need to be remembered:-
1. Their violent behaviour is always their responsibility, not yours.
2. Abuse is never okay or justifiable.
3. Whatever they say, their violence is never acceptable.

So being a responsible person, whenever we see any kind of such violence, we should stop it or in case we are unable to do so individually, we can call public for help and rescue. One small step from our side can save the life of the others. Our small effort can boost up the power, energy and the level of confidence of the victim to fight against the abuser. Helping others in their difficulties can help them to increase their confidence level and they can easily come out of it and live their further life peacefully. We should not backoff from helping others..

Suicide Is Not A Solution.

Life is a race for chasing dreams. If you stop running, it means you stopped chasing your own dreams. So for being in the race of life, you should continuously run towards our dreams.
Life is so short and sweet that nobody
can predict what's going to happen next. You are not aware of the very next minute of your life, which implies you should enjoy the present moment without bothering about the other stuff and mainly the future. Just live in the present moment and keep running..

Everyone present in this beautiful world has one or the other problem. And every problem has some solutions. As everything happens for some cause, so every obstacle that comes in your way is there for teaching you some lessons. That means every problem is a new opportunity for you to learn something new. You should make mistakes again and again to grab the new opportunities which are lying there in your way to learning something extra.

According to the World Health Organization, "1 person dies every 40 seconds from suicide".
This means people are afraid to face a problem and are committing suicide, but the most important thing they miss to see in a problem is the opportunity after they face a problem. As I mentioned earlier every problem has some solution that will end up being something positive for you.
  
Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death. Suicide is not a solution for everything. It's just a process of running away from reality and from the problem or the obstacles arising in your way to success.


Running from the reality:- When you don't want to face a problem and you think suicide is the only solution for it. You should have the ability to face the reality of your life so that you can solve it out in a proper way. As I mentioned above, everything happens for some cause and it will lead to a fruitful result. So running from the reality is a cause and being able to face it and solve it out is a fruitful result.

Running from the problem:- If someone is unable to handle the situation or unable to read the situation, he/she wants to run away. Sometimes this may cause the death of the following person as well. You must have the courage to handle the situation and read the situation by staying positive and by remaining calm in whatever be the situation.

Suicide is not a solution. It's just a process of causing harm to one's own body and the entire family (parents, siblings, friends, and society). No person concerned feels happy after the death of someone close to their heart. But everyone regrets and feels sorry for their deeds(if any) after someone's death. So you must share the situation in which you are living with others, as sharing helps you to reduce the amount of pressure you are having. You must open up your problem with your close ones so that they can direct you in the right way.

I would like to share some real examples of my life. I know a few people who committed suicide after not being able to meet the expectation of the parents, a breakup, being cheated by their partners, friends, harassment cases, failure in life, and few more. But literally, I am telling you after giving up life for such silly reasons thinking you end up the problem, you just bring a huge amount of problem and harm to their parents and loved ones. This act of yours doesn't make anyone happy dear. They just regret throughout their lives for not being able to help you out. These mentioned problems expectation of the parents, a breakup, being cheated by your partners, friends, harassment cases, failure in life everything has some or the other solution but not the suicide. If you believe suicide was the only solution for every problem, then Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan,  Abraham Lincoln,  JK Rowling and many more like them would not be known to the world for their greatness.  Each one of them has failed for more than one can ever think of trying. 
       
Everything you do or think is all about your mentality. If you take every difficult situation in a positive way, you are able to face it easily but if you take it in a negative way, you won't be able to come out of it or have guts to face it. So being able to control your mentality also helps to solve out the many problems in life(once apply this it's really helpful i.e thinking and staying positive in whatever be the situation, will release the pressure and helps you to work in a proper way without any fear in mind).

Depression

One of my friend suggested me to write something about depression..
Depression is a mental disorders characterized by depressed mood or loss of interest in activities. A depressed person is one who wants to be alone, far away form society in their own man-made world. They just over think about things.
Depression is caused by over thinking, stressful life, breakups, lack of job, lack of happiness. These are some of the causes of depression according to my short study. A person who is over thinking a small incidents of his/her past life or present may be depressed because he/she is not able to move on from those incidents and they are just thinking it again and again which is making them weak and sad as well..
And also not only because of past and present but depression may also be seen in those peoples who have no aim in there life, who are living without destination..
Stressful life and lack of happiness may make any individual depressed easily. Happiness is one of the most important part of human life. The person who is unable to create a stress free life, he/she will be thinking about the stresses and problems of their life and a time will come when they can be depressed.
Breakups and lack of job. When a person is unable to move on from his/her breakup, he/she shall be thinking about it whole day and night. They are just evolving around their past memories and promises which doesn't let them to move on and which can create a situation of depression.
People having no job have a lot to problems and pressure from their family and society. At this stage they are just wanting a job. If they are unable to find any, they have to listen a lot form the outsiders and in this situation they are stressed and can be depressed.
So these were some causes how someone can be depressed. Now some solutions for it.
As I mentioned in my second blog about the power of our subconscious mind, our subconscious mind plays a vital role in life. If we are taking our stressful life, breakups, lack of happiness and job positively, we will be able to stay away from depression. For an example, if we take our stressful life positively i.e a day will come when we will be having a stress-free life, we can avoid depression. Same is in other cases as well...
Depression can cause death as well.
So stay positive. Let your subconscious mind be positive and avoid depression by positivity..
